After installation, we provide a complete Mitigation Report, including pressure readings and system performance data.
Typically, diagnostic testing takes half a day, and installation takes 1–2 days, depending on site conditions.
We guarantee all materials and workmanship for five (5) years, and equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties.
While we can’t guarantee a specific RADON level, we always use proven methods to achieve the lowest levels possible, since actual results can vary by soil, weather, and building conditions.

Throughout his career, John has inspected a few thousand houses across Ontario, gaining a deep understanding of building structures, indoor air quality, and safety systems.
His combined expertise in architecture and home inspection enables him to design and implement effective, reliable RADON mitigation solutions tailored to each home or building.
