• Official test results showing the average RADON level in the basement (finished or unfinished, but not crawl spaces).
• Identification of the testing method, whether it was a short-term test (less than 3 months) or a long-term test (minimum 3 months), following Health Canada’s Guide for Radon Measurements in Residential Dwellings (Homes).
• Test results performed by a C-NRPP certified professional (Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program).
• Mitigation work must be completed by a C-NRPP certified Mitigation Professional, and Tarion must be contacted before the work begins.
